Free Vaccines for Life
What is the Vaccines for Life Program?
Your pet must come in for an annual preventative health care examination every year.
If he or she is examined by one of our doctors every year, that pet will receive their core vaccines at no charge for the rest of that pet’s life. These core vaccines include DAPP and Rabies for dogs and FVRCP and Rabies for cats. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $79.60 for Canines and $94.60 for Felines, which is paid at the time of signup.

Here at the Veterinary Medical Center, we want to partner with you to keep your animal companion healthy for his or her entire life. That is why it is important to have your pet see one of our doctors every year for a preventative health care exam. Regular yearly physical examinations enable us to provide optimal health care for your pet. Because pets age so much faster than people, yearly examinations are vital to early detection and treatment of disease conditions. We are certain that this approach allows us to take better care of your pet, and because of our belief in the importance of preventive health care, we are offering our Vaccines for Life program.
Frequently Asked Questions
What vaccines are included?
The vaccines that are included are the AVMA core vaccines Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus (DAPP), and Rabies for dogs and the core vaccines Feline Viral Rhinotracheits, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia (FVRCP) and Rabies for cats.
Why aren’t all vaccines included?
Not every pet has a lifestyle which requires every vaccine. At VMC, we believe in providing a vaccine schedule tailored to your pet’s lifestyle and risk factors. We do not believe that every pet should have every vaccine.
Does this include nail trims, medications or other tests?
No. Other services and products are not included and will be charged at regular prices.
Can I use this at another veterinarian?
No, this program is only through VMC.
Do I get a discount for more than one animal?
No, the fee is per pet.
If I give my pet away, can the plan be transferred to the new owner?
No, this plan is not refundable or transferable.
My pet has been to another vet this year for an exam. Can I just get the free vaccines?
No, your pet must have a preventative health care at VMC once a year.
I forgot to come in when I got a reminder. Can I just continue even though I am a couple of months late?
You will have a 30 days grace period. If your pet does not come in for an exam within 30 days of the last preventative health care exam, the plan will become null and void. At that time, you will have to pay regular prices for the vaccines. If you choose to continue with the plan, you will have to pay an additional enrollment fee.
