We are happy that you have chosen Veterinary Medical Center to care for your pets. Please call our office to schedule an appointment 410-822-8505. In order to serve you better, prior to your appointment, download our New Client Information Form. Please complete this and bring with you to your scheduled appointment. It is critical that we have a complete medical history for each of your pets. A review of the doctor's notes, lab results, and vaccination dates helps our doctors define a comprehensive health plan for your pet. We may have already requested the names of any veterinary hospitals that have seen your pet previously. If you prefer to request and send the medical records yourself, please have them faxed with a cover sheet including your name and the appointment date to 410-820-8328. Our doctors review the medical history prior to your appointment. In order to facilitate this, we must have the records no later than 24 hours before your appointment. ***We set aside at least 30 minutes in the doctor's schedule for each pet to be seen in your appointment.*** If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 410-822-8505 or e-mail us at vmceaston@verizon.net. We request the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so that we may schedule another patient in your place. New Equine Clients Our equine veterinarians at Veterinary Medical Center have worked hard to establish a reputation of honesty, integrity and competency that horse owners have come to depend upon for their equine veterinary needs. We are happy that you have chosen our practice to care for you horses. You may communicate with our equine secretary by calling 410-822-8505 and asking to speak with the equine secretary, or by email at vmcequine@verizon.net. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
